Become a Participant

Eligibility

To become intake eligible, you must have a adult criminal conviction.

Step 1: Qualification

Must be 18 years of age with a criminal conviction of a felony or misdemeanor.

Step 2: Intake

Schedule appointment with intake to complete intake packet with a Change Navigator to identify services and needs.


Step 3: Orientation

Participant will be contacted by Change Navigator  to attend a one hour and a half orientation held on Tuesday or Wednesday of each week. During this time participant will receive outline of services provided by RUTH, hours of operation, requirements, policies and procedures.

*********Orientation is Mandatory************

Step 4: Meet with Change Navigator

During this time participant and Change Navigator will create short/ long-term goals, connect with resources, and complete needs assessment.

Step 5: Stay the Course!

Change Navigator will follow up will each participant for 12-16 months to assure needs are still being met.
